Welcome to Nursery's class page...

Hello we are Miss Mather and Miss McAvoy. We are the Nursery class teachers who, with the support from Miss Williams and Miss Reynolds, deliver an exciting, engaging and challenging curriculum. The Nursery year is a special and unique part of your child's school journey and we will be there to guide and support your child whilst watching them soak up lots of new knowledge and experiences. 

Key Information

Now the weather is getting colder please ensure your child brings a warm, waterproof coat to school. Please send a water bottle to school with your child which they can access throughout the day. Please ensure your child is wearing black, waterproof shoes which are appropriate for all weather conditions. Please ensure all of your child's belongings are clearly labelled with their name.

Home Learning Expectations

Homework goes out to children on Thursdays and should be returned to school on Wednesday. These will include a reading book as well as Maths and Fine Motor activities for you to complete with your child.

Please encourage your child to complete their work independently.

Your child will be supported by an adult to change their reading book each week and you should try to read at home with your child every night.
